He had never married
Burial in Oquawka Cemetery
survived by two sisters; Mrs. Marjorie Parrish of Oquawka and Mrs. Joe (Ruth) Yarrington of Naples,
Fla.; two brothers:Donald D. Smith of Oquawka and George M. Smith of Gladstone, and nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
