A memorial service with military honors will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2007, at the First Christian Church in Monmouth. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 3, 2007, at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth

He is survived by his wife Doris Talbott of Monmouth, one daughter Lynne Dulin and Gary of Monmouth and one son Mark Talbott and Jeani of Galesburg, Five grandchildren; Madelyn, Riley, and Meredith Dulin, and Connor and Lauren Talbott. One sister Marilyn Talbott of Sacramento, California and one brother Dean Talbott and Bonnie of Cambridge, Illinois. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister; Evelyn Kessinger, and two brothers; Howard Talbott, and Donald Talbott
