Former resident of Burlington and Oquawka, Died Nov. 7 in Bellflower, Calif.
married Phillip A. Braun Jan. 4, 191- at Oquawka. He died Dec. 7, 1946 (this appears to be an error)
Burial in Rosemont Cemetery Bellflower
Survived by his wife Bess (Davis) Stenzel, formerly of Stronghurst; three sons Gene, Patrick, and
James; five daughters Mary Lee Castelberry, Antoinette Jemenez, Michele Mamas, Yvonne Vanderpol, Marie
Seeley; 16 grandchildren, all of California; a sister, Mrs. Louis Reeder of Burlington, several
neicces, nephews, cousins in the Oquawka area. His Parents and a sister Sally Chapin preceeded him in
death
